The accounting department has always been accurate and just recently has been computerized and is now available on line 24 hours a day. They are punctual in everything they do, whether it’s responding emails or sending checks on the first of the month. The greatest part of working with Dave has definitely been the attention he has given our property and the ease with which he has made owning it from outside the country. As foreigners to Canada, we feel very fortunate to have Milligan Realty manage our property as well as helping us file out of country taxes, making sure we are always up to date on everything regarding our property.
