To all Seymour Arm Snowmobile Club Members, 
 
as every year - we will have our annual snowmobile meeting and a POTLUCK SUPPER in Seymour Arm @ Martin's Cabin: 
                            Date:    Saturday, April 7/12 
                            Time:    06:30pm 
 
Agenda:      - Snowmobile Meeting first                      
                     - following pot luck 
 
The club is buying again prime rib roast. THANKS - But we still need to have an idea WHO AND HOW MANY people are joining the meeting and following dinner in order to delegate members to bring some dishes for the potluck supper. 
 
I would like to remind everyboy, to let us know, if you are planning to attend or not (we need to know it, because of the dinner) 
 
Please could you let us know by March 24th if you are planning to attend or not!!!!!!!!!!!
